In November 2007 the UP2YOUTH project organised its second thematic workshop in Lisbon. Its purpose was to establish the dialogue with other research projects and networks on the three topics of young parenthood, civic participation and the transitions to work of immigrant and ethnic minority youth. This UP2YOUTH newsletter documents the keynote speech by Ann Phoenix as well as the reports on the thematic groups' Workshops in Lisbon.
